Who can apply?

The In-tellinc incubation system delivers business development services to a wide variety of individuals and organisations in the IT and communications arena, including:

  • Private inventors and developers
  • Hardware, software IT systems and content provider
  • Small to Medium Enterprises
  • Research Institutes
  • Technology spinoffs from corporations

In-tellinc works with IT developers and other businesses seeking to use IT as a major business enabler.

How does In-tellinc match unique needs?

In-tellinc is able to cater to the needs of both the Technologist and the Entrepreneur.

  • The Technologist is the developer/owner of the technology (whether private individual, company or institution), who would prefer In-tellinc to take responsibility as a joint venture partner in the commercialisation of the technology, while they continue development of the next evolution of the product or technology;
  • The Entrepreneur owns or manages the technology, and also retains responsibility for commercialisation with In-tellinc providing critical business development support.

In-tellinc designs and delivers to its investees a unique and agreed package of capital and professional services over the period (up to 2 years) in return for an equity stake in the company.

Our applicant assessment process determines up front with the prospective client which incubation strategy is most applicable and incorporates this in the program design.

What do I need to apply?

If you have a potentially world leading IT or communications technology or product in the latter stages of development or early stage of commercialisation, and you do not have the capabilities or resources to realise the potential of your intellectual property, take the time to answer our self-assessment questionnaire and then apply online if you feel that our program is for you.
